As we add new pages and functionality to our website, all designs, code, and content entry practices are checked against these standards.

Website accessibility is an ongoing process. We continually test content and features for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and remediate any issues to ensure we meet or exceed the standards. Testing of our website is performed by our team members using industry-standard tools such as the Accessibility Checker WordPress Plugin, color contrast analyzers, keyboard-only navigation techniques, and Flesch-Kincaid readability tests.

• We provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. 
• We have adjusted our color contrast and visual elements in order to make them accessible to our users. 
• We have strived to make our site easily navigated, with clearly defined headings, menus and elements. 
• In addition to these changes that were made directly on the site, we also make use of UserWay’s Web Accessibility Widget which is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The accessibility menu can be enabled by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears on the corner of the page.
