Having grown up in the construction industry, Shad has seen some things, most of which were not good. He has owned his own construction business, and as a devoted husband and father, feels people need and deserve a solid, properly installed roofing system. Shad wants his home and family protected, and wants no less than this for YOU! He is on every job site and works closely with each homeowner to ensure a smooth, professional, stress-free roofing experience.
Born and raised in Carencro, Chad grew up in the construction industry with his father being a self-employed electrician. He has a passion for preventing folks from being taken advantage of, as he has seen the deceiving practices that some contractors implement in the industry. He is committed to doing business with integrity and competence. As a husband, a father of 3, and an athletic coach, he walks with humble gratitude for the trust of his customers. In his spare time, Chad enjoys piloting remote-controlled planes.
Chad’s approach to customer service is using his coaching skills. He gives comprehensive, detailed education to his customers to help them make the right choice for their homes and family. He loves knowing that we play an important role in protecting your home.
Rick is a native of Crowley, so his roots run deep. He has 4 boys and has been married for more than 4 decades! He has first-hand knowledge of what it is like to have your roof replaced. Rick was a client of Roofing Louisiana a couple of years back and was impressed with the service and quality of his roof. When the opportunity presented itself to join the team, he was anxious to become part of an organization that serves its clients well, as he had personally experienced. His calm disposition will put you right at ease, as he will answer all your questions.
Doug has a strong sense of justice and wants to ensure our clients get what they deserve, a complete roof system. It grieves Doug when our neighbors are taken advantage of by contractors, or those who are given a compromised roof system. He is passionate about educating our neighbors, as he doesn’t want to see that happen again. A father of 2 and a devoted husband, Doug is here to serve you.
Most people like things to flow smoothly, and so does she! As a mother of 2, Bernie knows how to manage her home, coordinate schedules, and work around lots of activities. Bernie will schedule your job, communicate with you, and work with production staff, she strives to make things run smoothly from beginning to end.
As a father of 4 girls and 2 boys, Kyle knows the importance of keeping his family safe when having workers at your house. He truly appreciates that our staff is drug tested and backgrounds checked. He closely supervises the job and is a master carpenter himself. He takes great pride in his work and doesn’t accept anything but perfection. He works until the job is done. He’s a local guy, with a passion for his craft.
